YOUR ACCOUNT CHOICES
Actions Available to You Under These Terms
These terms are not one-sided. You have concrete steps available whenever you need to review your account history, correct a detail, or raise a concern with us. The account section accessible after login contains your transaction records, personal details, and communication preferences — all in one place. If a transaction record looks wrong, the dispute path starts in your account history. Pull the relevant record, note the date, amount, and payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket as applicable), and submit it through the support route shown on the contact page. We will check the record on our side and respond through the same channel. For personal-detail corrections — name, contact number, or linked wallet — the account settings page shows the fields you can edit directly. Some changes require identity verification before they take effect; the screen will tell you when that applies. Do not attempt to change details by contacting support directly without first checking whether the self-service path is available, as that is usually faster. If you want to close your account, contact support with the request. We will confirm the steps required, including any outstanding balance resolution, before the account is closed.
-
Review Records
Your full transaction history — deposits, withdrawals, bets placed and settled — is in the account section after login. Filter by date or payment method to find a specific entry.
-
Correct Account Details
Edit contact details and linked wallet information from account settings. Changes that affect verification status will prompt an additional confirmation step shown on screen.
-
Raise a Dispute
Submit disputes through the support contact page with the transaction reference from your history. Include the payment method used and the amount in question for a faster resolution.
-
Request Account Closure
Send a closure request to support. Any remaining wallet balance must be withdrawn before closure is finalised; the process is explained in full when you make the request.
